Jen King

Jen has been a part of the fitness industry for the past 30 years, achieving several certifications in personal training including, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council of Exercise (ACE),and STOTT Pilates. In 2007, Jen attended an all day immersion with world renowned yoga master, Baron Baptiste, where she found her passion! She then completed her ERYT 200 hour Yoga Certification and is also a Yoga Alliance Nationally Registered Teacher. Jen offers private sessions as well as Kite yoga. For those of you who are new to yoga, you will find classes to be welcoming, encouraging and fun! Classes are challenging to veteran and advanced students as well.


Izzy Garcia

Izzy has always desired to help others, particularly those who may feel challenged in their bodies from illness, weight issues, age, or otherwise. After Izzy was certified as a RYT 200, he knew he found his path of bringing yoga to every-body. He had performed many sports, such as weight lifting, motorcycle riding, cycling, and others, which bring a variety of experiences into the mat. He is trained in functional anatomy, Ayurveda, and is working toward a 300-hour Master Yoga Teacher Certification. Izzy has a fun, compassionate, and non-judgmental training style.


Kaycin Nickerson

Kaycin is passionate about helping people find peace, health and vitality. Yoga helped her to transform her own life, which was full of stress and anxiety, to one filled with joy, peace, and tranquility. In her classes, she guides her students out of the madness of this world, back into their own calm inner self. Kaycin was certified in Hatha yoga, and is highly experienced helping others find inner peace, strength, and their own invigorating happiness.


Wendy Fisk

Wendy has been a massage therapist for over 9 years and has seen the amount of stress we put our bodies through. If we take care of ourselves, we can help our bodies accomplish so much more than we realize: mind, body and soul. She enjoys helping people heal and feel better and, through personal experience, has found that yoga can not only help relieve aches and pains of all kinds but can also help prevent them. Wendy completed her 200 hour teacher training in the summer of 2016 and is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Ashley Davis

Ashley started her yoga journey at Power Yoga Ocala in 2015 and completed her Teacher Training in December 2016. Ashley works as a neurosurgical physician assistant doing brain and spine surgery. In her free time, she likes to swing through the air on the flying trapeze. No seriously, she flies trapeze! Ashley enjoys helping others further their practice while giving tools to use on and off the mat. She encourages you to flow with her through a fun and motivating class.
